If a student gets admission, he/she will have to abide by the discipline, rules and regulations of the University enforced at present and amendable from time to time by the University Authorities in future. All students will remain attached only with academic and other extracurricular activities, which are allowed by the University for the Healthy Growth of body and mind. No student will be permitted to take part in any type of political activity or agitation and will not involve in matters of ill-discipline in any case or at any stage. All such matters will be handed over to the University Discipline Committee. Discipline Committee formulates all codes of conduct for students and employees of the University. It also devises all SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) regarding all disciplinary actions and proceedings. The decision of the Competent authority will be final and applicable on all students admitted and will not be challenge-able in any court of law in the country or abroad.
The Proctorial Board has been constituted to keep UOS Lahore campus well disciplined. Framed rules and regulations are meant to be followed in order to maintain a cordial atmosphere. The Board supervises all disciplinary issues in the University with the consultation of Disciplinary Committee. The Board consists of Chief Proctor (CP); and Proctors, who are faculty members of the University. The Board deals with any offence or alleged offence that has been referred to it. The Board refers a case after investigation to the Disciplinary Committee and/or Director, along with its findings and recommendations.
The University is committed towards ensuring safety of all personnel at campus. Students are strictly required to visibly display their Identity Cards while being at campus. Any University official has the authority to enquire about and demand to produce the ID card from any student.
Students are not allowed to bring any outsider or guest to the University campus. Passes shall be issued for all guests, parents, guardians and other outsiders invited by University officials for any administrative or ceremonial affair. The student shall be held responsible and liable for any untoward incident, disruption or misconduct occurring on the behalf of his/her guest.
The purpose of the University of Sargodha, Lahore Campus dress code is to ensure that the students are dressed in a sophisticated manner. This means that the clothing worn will be clean, neat, modest and reflective of the culture in which we are operating. The dress restriction is not to impose any rigidity or regimentation but it is in accordance with the spirit of discipline which is the cardinal aspect of life style at UOSL campus.

Sleeveless, offensive or shirts carrying obscene remarks, patchy, tattered, baggy and shabby looking jeans and chappals are not allowed. Students violating dress code can be checked by any proctor within University bounds; she can be fined and will not be allowed to attend classes.
Smoking, use of liquor or any allied illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the university’s premises. Those who would violate this rule will be liable to punishment and disciplinary action. Any staff member can check a university student within the university’s premises and forward the case to the Chief Proctor for appropriate and necessary action or imposition of fine.
