MISSION

The mission of Department of International Relations & Pakistan Studies at University of
Sargodha Lahore Campus is to cover evolution of human society in terms of historical, political,
economic, scientific and technological developments happened in all eras and areas of the
world. To groom the graduates as knowledgeable, research oriented and skillful individuals
having a balanced analytical approach and world view, to serve the humanity without any
racial, regional or religious discrimination.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

In this era of global and regional interdependence, national survival is now premised on
international orientation. To compete this, the nations should not only equip themselves
with modern technologies in all fields but also with competencies in the management of
trans-national relations. To achieve this objective and cater the educational needs of the
future leaders in government, political institutions and international organizations, the
Department of International Relations & Pakistan Studies has designed board based Master’
program with high quality professionals committed to pursuit of excellence. It will help to
improve academic standard in the region. To familiarize students with emerging trends in
the disciplines with the past examples. That would enable students to make a significant
contribution in the future.
